Cancellation Policy 2017 Forum:
If you must cancel your registration and/or room, notification must be in writing to the Forum Registrar.  Any Cancellations received between June 30, 2017 and August 1, 2017 will be subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee. Hotel Deposits can only be refunded up until July 1, 2017. After August 1, 2017, no refunds will be issued.  Room availability can not be assured after July 1, 2017.  Please send cancellation notice to:

Registration Fee:
Your registration fee covers the costs of the seminars and four designated meals (Thursday evening banquet, Friday noon lunch, Saturday noon lunch, Saturday evening banquet).  All attendees must pay full registration fee to participate in any of the meals or the seminars. Individual meal function tickets will NOT be available.

Hotel rooms CANNOT be assigned until registration fee and hotel deposit are received.  ALL REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION ARE MADE ON A FIRST-COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

Several of the hotels have per day/per person charges of $5.25-$7.25.  These are required by the hotel for maid gratuities and services.
