50 year Forum Polo

We are offering preorders for a 50th anniversary Forum polo shirt that will be offered in our Forum store in Memphis. All shirts will be red & white with our 50-year anniversary logo on the front left side of the shirt. To ensure that your size is available, you can preorder here and your shirt will be ready for pick up at the Forum Store in Memphis. All preorders with prepayment will be $40 each. Onsite in the Forum Store in Memphis, the shirts will be priced at $45. All shirts must be picked up in Memphis either by the person ordering or their designee. Shirts will NOT be shipped.
