Base fee:

Early Bird LEO Club Member or Leo Advisor – $50.00
Late Leo Member or Advisor Registration – $75.00

Leo Day at the 2021 Forum: Saturday Only. Only open to members of LEO clubs. Exhibits, seminars and a special lunch included in fee. This Registration is open to only people under 19 years of age. Lions that work with LEOS are welcome to register as other Lions for the Forum at regular rates. Advisors and parents attending with LEOS and wish to attend the day only events must contact the registrar for arrangements.
