REGISTRATION FEE covers the cost of the seminars and four designated meals (Thursday evening banquet, Friday noon lunch, Saturday noon lunch, Saturday evening banquet). All attendees must pay full registration fee to participate in any of the meals or seminars. Individual meal function tickets will NOT be available. Hotel rooms CANNOT be assigned until registration fee and hotel deposit are received. All Registration and hotel reservations are Made on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS. |
