Base fee:

Early Bird LEO Club Member or Leo Advisor – $75.00
Late Leo Member or Advisor Registration – $100.00

Leo Day at the 2025 Forum will be held Saturday Only. Lunch with the International President, Dinner, Seminars, Exhibits and access to the Forum Store are all included in the registration fee. This special LEO day Registration is open to only US and Canadian LEOs under 19 years of age. Lions who work with LEOS are welcome to register for the Forum at regular rates. Advisors and parents who attend with LEOS and wish to attend the day only events must contact the Registrar for arrangements at registrar@lionsforum.org.
